Justice Kirk Mohn was born June 10, 1982, to Daniel and Lynn (Skank) Mohn in Atlantic, Iowa. He was raised in Treynor, Iowa and then Woodbine, Iowa graduating with the class of 2000 from Woodbine High School. Justice started working at the beef processing plant in Omaha and then in the union as a window glazer. On December 19, 2003, Justice married Melissa Opal in Council Bluffs. The couple was blessed with two children.

Justice enjoyed fishing, riding his 4-wheeler, swimming, and building things with glass. He built an elaborate water fall and pond in their backyard. He loved being outdoors and had an affection for horses and dogs. He also enjoyed going on family vacations.

Justice died on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at the age of 35 years, six months, and six days.

Justice is survived by his wife, Melissa Mohn of Council Bluffs, Iowa; two children, Kaidence and Jaxson; parents, Dan Mohn of Moorhead, Iowa and Lynn Donahue of Council Bluffs, Iowa; three siblings, Josh Mohn of Red Oak, Iowa, Justin (Sarah) Mohn of Avoca, Iowa, Katelyn Landrum of Carson, Iowa; and many other relatives and friends.
