Oh, my, I am so shocked and saddened to read that Bill has passed away. I have such fond memories of working with you, Marilyn; and going to IWCC at Clarinda with you, Diane. I remember Bill's sense of humor. What a nice video to share his life and must say I haven't seen any of the Downey family for years, so it's nice just to see all of your faces. Please accept my most sincere sympathy to your family

Marilyn & family, So very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He was always a joy to be around. He would have you laughing so hard you would be in tears. He would stop by & see Ben & I if he was near Topeka. I am keeping all of you in my prayers. May the good memories help you through this difficult time. Love & hugs to you all.

Downey family It was heart breaking to hear that Bill had passed. I know he is his dad and brother as well as uncles and aunts. My favorite memories of Bill consist of how he would make us laugh so hard when we were young while at the grand house in Woodbine! I will forever cherish those times with him. Hugs to his family that is left behind❤
